UPDATES DUE TO COVID 19
Pathway Academy family,
We hope you and your family are doing well. Although these are trying times, please be assured that we are here to help and support you. With the new changes to online learning, we want to inform you of Pathway Academy program changes, how to access online support services, and provide you with instructions to communicate with Pathway Academy staff and counselors.
In order to access these services, you must follow the Program Canvas link below where you will be able to find program reminders, deadlines, and book appointments with your counselor. Please click here to enroll into our Canvas shell, which is Pathway 1- Pathway Academy (use Google Chrome browser). Canvas (Pathway 1) will be the main online platform to communicate with Pathway Academy staff and counselors moving forward. Enrolling into this Canvas shell is a program requirement.
It will then direct you to the page below (use the same canvas log in).
Once you are enrolled into the Pathway 1 shell, please follow the instructions to book appointments and drop-ins.
- To Book Appointments: Once you are logged-in to the Pathway 1 (Canvas Shell), you will click on the “Appointment Slots link”. When you are filling out a slot: Please make sure to include Cuyamaca ID number and reason of appointment.
- To Book a Drop-in: Go to Canvas click on Modules, select Drop-Ins, AND CLICK on the link that will take you to the ZOOM meeting to add yourself to the Drop-in Waiting List.
If you call the office, the voicemail message you leave will be transcribed into an email that will be received and handled by a PA staff member. We will be sending you updates periodically so please check your email and Canvas daily. You can contact us by email at cuyamaca.pathway@gcccd.edu during our business hours.
