Congratulations class of 2020

We are excited to celebrate your achievements through the Cuyamaca College Virtual Ceremony.

Your Guide to Commencement

You have reached a significant milestone in your educational goal, and on behalf of Cuyamaca College, we want to congratulate you on your success in completing the requirements for your degree or certificate. Cuyamaca College is honored to have been an integral part of your educational endeavors.

Due to COVID-19, we are having a virtual Commencement Ceremony, and we partnered with the company Marching Orders to develop the virtual ceremony. All graduates will have their own slide in the virtual ceremony, which includes your name, degree and/or certificate, and we will notate honors status (if applicable). You will be able to access the virtual ceremony on June 3, 2020 at 5:30 pm on this Commencement Ceremony webpage. Please join us online on June 3, 2020 at 5:30 pm as we all view the ceremony together. Don’t forget to share the link with your family and friends to view the online ceremony.

If you have any question please contact Student Affairs at Cuyamaca.Graduation@gcccd.edu.

receiving your diploma

Diplomas, a diploma cover, and a Commencement program are expected to be mailed to the student’s address on file in early July 2020, therefore it is very important that your address is correct.

To ensure that your mailing address is correct, please email the Evaluations Office at cuyamaca.evaluations@gcccd.edu with your current mailing address by May 22, 2020.

(Summer 2019 and Fall 2019 diplomas that have not yet been picked up will be mailed at this time).

If you would prefer to pick up your graduation package in person, once the campus is open, please send a request to the Evaluations Office at cuyamaca.evaluations@gcccd.edu

This mailing address confirmation is only for your diploma to be mailed. To officially change your address on file, you must fill out an address change form, which can be found on the Admissions and Records webpage, and submit it to the Admissions and Records Office at cuyamaca.admissions@gcccd.edu or you may update your address through your WebAdvisor account.

Note: the diploma timeline is subject to change depending on staff access to the campus during the COVID-19 closure. Students will be notified with updated information as conditions change.

If you have any questions, please email us at cuyamaca.graduation@gcccd.edu.

We wish you nothing less than the greatest success in your life and congratulations, once again, on your significant and noteworthy accomplishment!
